The AI Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering practical AI learning programs that enable employees to effectively and responsibly leverage AI tools and technologies in their day-to-day work. The role will work closely with business functions to identify learning needs, develop relevant content, facilitate hands-on learning experiences, and measure the effectiveness and adoption of AI capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structured training programs, learning materials, guides, and resources related to AI technologies and applications.
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, webinars, and practical learning activities.
• Develop function-specific AI learning programs based on business requirements and employee needs.
• Facilitate hands-on learning around Generative AI, AI productivity tools, prompt engineering, automation, and relevant AI applications.
• Assess participants' learning needs, knowledge gaps, and proficiency levels.
• Provide coaching and one-on-one support to employees to encourage practical application of AI tools.
• Develop practical use cases, exercises, demonstrations, and examples relevant to different business functions.  
• Monitor AI trends, tools, and emerging technologies and continuously update learning content.
• Train employees on Prompt Engineering and the effective use of AI tools.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to support organization-wide AI capability-building initiatives.
• Track training participation, completion, feedback, and adoption metrics and provide regular reports to management.
