AI Specialist
Description
The AI Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of AI and machine learning solutions that address business requirements and improve operational efficiency. The role will involve data analysis, AI model development, experimentation, solution integration, and collaboration with business and technology teams to translate business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement AI and machine learning models and solutions.
- Analyze business problems and identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, decision-making, customer experience, or business performance.
- Conduct data analysis, research, experimentation, and model evaluation to support AI initiatives.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to prepare, analyze, and derive meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Explore and implement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and other emerging AI technologies where relevant.
- Develop and optimize AI-powered applications, automation, and business use cases.
- Evaluate model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Support deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
- Ensure AI solutions are developed with appropriate considerations for data privacy, security, responsible AI, and business requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and communicate AI concepts and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Practical experience with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and libraries.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
- Experience working with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data/AI platforms would be an advantage.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Workflow Automation, AI Agents, AI Automation, and Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Data Processing, SQL, and related data management tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, or recommendation systems.
- Exposure to machine learning deployment/ML Ops practices.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into practical business solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related domain.
