Sr. Manager - Sourcing

Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager - Sourcing to oversee and strengthen sourcing operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, enhancing supplier relationships, optimizing costs, ensuring product availability, and improving supply chain performance. The role requires close collaboration with Merchandising, Planning, Product Development, and Operations teams to align sourcing activities with business objectives while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely deliveries. The incumbent will play a key role in vendor development, risk mitigation, process improvement, and driving sourcing efficiency to support the organization’s growth and operational excellence.

Qualification

Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Excellent vendor management, supplier development, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of cost optimization and budget management
  • Expertise in OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance monitoring and supply planning
  • Advanced analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Experience

6–8 years of relevant experience in Sourcing & Vendor Management
