The Architect Designer will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating retail and commercial development projects from concept to execution. The role involves preparing architectural designs, working drawings, BOQs, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with design standards, budgets, and timelines. The incumbent will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, manage project billing and progress tracking through Microsoft Dynamics AX, conduct site inspections, and provide technical support to ensure the successful execution and completion of projects.
