We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sr. Specialist Sourcing - Footwear to lead sourcing operations across the footwear portfolio and ensure timely product availability. The role is responsible for driving OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance, optimizing sourcing costs, and strengthening vendor partnerships through effective planning and execution. The incumbent will collaborate closely with Planning and Merchandising teams to align sourcing activities with business requirements, mitigate supply risks, and ensure adherence to delivery commitments. The position plays a key role in enhancing vendor accountability, operational efficiency, and overall sourcing performance across the retail network.
