• Support preparation of design packs and technical documentation.
• Create sketches and basic digital illustrations under guidance.
• Work on assigned components or categories under supervision.
• Ensure assigned tasks align with brand positioning and seasonal direction.

Trend and Market Research Support:

• Conduct basic trend research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in preparing mood boards and seasonal inspiration decks.
• Collect and organize market reference materials.
• Support senior designers in research compilation.

Sample Coordination Support: 

• Coordinate with sourcing teams for prototype follow-up (under supervision).
• Maintain records of corrections and revisions.

Basic Cost & Feasibility Awareness:

• Understand basic cost parameters provided by seniors.
• Adjust minor styling elements based on guidance.
• Learn impact of materials and trims on cost structure.

Product Finalization Support:

• Incorporate feedback from senior designers and PD Lead.
• Assist in organizing seasonal range presentations.
• Ensure technical files are complete and updated.
• Support preparation of materials for seasonal reviews.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Coordinate with: Sourcing, Planning and Marketing and follow up on assigned tasks to  provide status updates
