Quality Assurance and Process Management

• Own day-to-day QA execution and quality control protocols across all assigned footwear vendors (local and import).
• Implement and manage robust QC processes throughout the sourcing and vendor manufacturing lifecycle.
• Define and oversee comprehensive inspection and testing protocols for finished footwear products.

Product Testing and Evaluation

• Coordinate with internal testing laboratories to ensure accurate, rigorous, and timely product evaluations.
• Validate material integrity, structural durability, and craftsmanship standards before retail delivery.
• Maintain updated quality performance records and product testing dashboards.

Vendor Compliance and Capability Audits 

• Conduct regular supplier audits to monitor vendor compliance with established Insignia quality standards.
• Assess potential suppliers' manufacturing capabilities and internal quality control systems in partnership with Sourcing.
• Track vendor defect rates and contribute technical insights to vendor performance reviews.

Root-Cause Analysis and Corrective Action

• Identify product defects and quality trends, analyzing retail return rates to pinpoint systemic issues.
• Develop and execute action plans (CAPA) to address quality deviations and prevent recurrence.
