The role involves coordinating with franchisees, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards, and supporting the onboarding and launch of new franchise locations. The incumbent will monitor franchise performance, manage franchise documentation and agreements, address operational challenges, and coordinate with internal teams to enhance store performance. Additional responsibilities include supporting franchise renovations, maintaining stock freshness, and preparing operational and performance reports. The position contributes to maintaining operational consistency, strengthening franchise relationships, and supporting the growth of the franchise network.
