We are seeking a proactive Network & Infrastructure Specialist to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, network operations, and system availability across retail stores, warehouses, and corporate offices. The role involves maintaining network connectivity, servers, firewalls, and security systems to ensure uninterrupted business operations. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring infrastructure performance, troubleshooting network and hardware issues, implementing security controls, managing backups and disaster recovery processes, and supporting business-critical applications such as ERP, POS, and corporate systems. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure reliable IT services and timely resolution of technical issues. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage infrastructure enhancement projects while maintaining high service standards.
