Graphic Designer
Description
Marketing Campaign Design:
- Design visual assets for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Develop creative materials that support campaign storytelling and brand messaging.
- Work with the Senior Content Specialist to translate campaign concepts into visual communication.
Digital & Social Media Design:
- Create design assets for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and promotional graphics.
- Design visuals for digital marketing campaigns and brand communication.
- Ensure visual consistency across digital platforms.
Brand & Visual Identity:
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines in all design work.
- Ensure visual elements reflect the brand’s positioning and aesthetic.
- Contribute to the development of creative visual concepts for campaigns.
Digital Content Uploads:
- Assist with uploading content across digital platforms, including websites and social media channels.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in published content
Content & Creative Production Support:
- Work closely with the Senior Content Specialist to develop campaign visuals.
- Support the preparation of creative materials for marketing initiatives.
- Assist in preparing visual assets for photoshoots and campaign content.
Design Execution & Content Preparation:
- Prepare final artwork and design files for use across marketing platforms.
- Ensure design files are properly formatted for digital and marketing use.
- Maintain organized design files and assets for campaign use.
Qualification
BS/MS in Fine Arts or a relevant diploma from a relevant institute
Required Skills
Technical and Professional Skills:
- AI familiarity & strong adaptability
- 3D/Animation skills will be considered an added advantage
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong visual design and layout skills
- Understanding of digital design formats for social media and marketing platforms
Behavioral Skills:
