  • This position holds a leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing retail operations and ensuring business profitability across the assigned region. The role oversees multiple territories, providing direction and managing performance of sales teams to achieve revenue, margin and customer satisfaction targets. The incumbent is accountable for implementing sales strategies, monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring adherence to retail SOPs. Additionally, the role includes exploring new markets for business growth, managing relationships with real estate and renovation stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualification

Bachelors in Business Management, Marketing or relevant
