Senior Commercial Executive
Description
- Source and onboard local and international vendors for fragrances, cosmetics, packaging, and accessories
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, payment terms, and exclusivity where applicable
- Manage cost sheets, margin planning, and landed cost calculations
- Develop replenishment plans based on sales velocity, seasonality, and launch cycles
- Monitor stock levels, slow movers, aging inventory, and sell-through
- Coordinate with supply chain, warehousing, and retail teams to ensure timely replenishment
- Support new product development (NPD) from a commercial feasibility perspective
- Track category performance and recommend markdowns, reorders, or exits
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of vendor management, costing, and inventory planning
- Advanced skills in Excel / ERP / inventory tools
- High negotiation capability with a data-driven mindset
- Detail-oriented, commercially sharp, and comfortable working in fast-growth environments
Experience
3 - 5 years of experience in commercial, sourcing, buying, or replenishment roles
