Senior Commercial Executive

Description
  • Source and onboard local and international vendors for fragrances, cosmetics, packaging, and accessories
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, payment terms, and exclusivity where applicable
  • Manage cost sheets, margin planning, and landed cost calculations
  • Develop replenishment plans based on sales velocity, seasonality, and launch cycles
  • Monitor stock levels, slow movers, aging inventory, and sell-through
  • Coordinate with supply chain, warehousing, and retail teams to ensure timely replenishment
  • Support new product development (NPD) from a commercial feasibility perspective
  • Track category performance and recommend markdowns, reorders, or exits
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of vendor management, costing, and inventory planning
  • Advanced skills in Excel / ERP / inventory tools
  • High negotiation capability with a data-driven mindset
  • Detail-oriented, commercially sharp, and comfortable working in fast-growth environments

Experience

3 - 5 years of experience in commercial, sourcing, buying, or replenishment roles
