Head of Marketing

Description

The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of the company’s overall marketing and corporate branding strategy to drive brand growth, store footfall and sales performance across physical retail locations. The role will oversee corporate brand governance, seasonal campaigns, retail marketing, in-store brand execution and consumer insights aligned with business objectives. Working closely with Retail Operations, Supply Chain and Senior Leadership, the incumbent will translate commercial goals into impactful marketing initiatives, manage agency partnerships, optimize marketing budgets and ensure consistent brand presence and positioning across all stores nationwide.

Qualification

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

Required Skills

  • Strategic leadership in corporate branding and retail marketing for multi-store operations
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive footfall, sales, and brand equity
  • Expertise in managing agencies, marketing budgets, and national campaigns
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills

Experience

10–12 years of progressive marketing experience within footwear, fashion or large-scale retail, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
