The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, including sales achievement, staff productivity, inventory control, cash handling and customer service standards. The role will ensure implementation of company SOPs, visual merchandising guidelines and operational controls at the store level. Working closely with the Area Manager, the incumbent will lead and develop the store team, control operational losses, ensure accurate stock management and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction to support overall business objectives.
