Executive Assistant To CEO
Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistance to the CEO
- Manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations
- Handle general administration, operational support, and basic procurement activities, including vendor coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Required Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
Experience
•3–5 years of relevant experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or administrative role •Experience in general administration, operations, and procurement processes •Prior experience supporting: CEO / MD / Founder / Board Member •Exposure to confidential & sensitive matters
