Assistant Manager E-Commerce
Description
- Manage all online operations related to order processing from ginkgo and liaison with omni channel stores to clear daily orders
- Liaison with supply chain for new stock receiving and old stock refill. Move old inventory in coordination with supply chain team
- Coordinate with retail team for timely order fulfillment from stores
- Coordinate with courier partner for rates, performance and deliveries
- Coordinate with third party vendors including but not limited to payment partners, shoot agency, tech agency etc.
- Coordinate with finance team for timely disbursement of relevant vendor payments
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to enhance website performance and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Creative, IT, Supply Chain, Retail, Finance) for seamless e-commerce operations.
- Oversee product listing, stock replenishment, pricing updates, and inventory allocation across online platforms.
- Manage Order Management System (OMS) to ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and timely deliveries.
- Supervise and maintain Payment Gateways, ensuring reconciliation and issue resolution with Finance & Technology teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of KPIs such as conversion rate, order fulfillment rate, courier performance, Warehouse performance.
- Address customer queries and operational issues in collaboration with the Customer Service team.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Ginkgo, or Magento (Shopify preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365.
- Strong understanding of ERP & OMS systems.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce or a related field.
