Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies across all retail stores to enhance brand identity and customer experience.
• Design, plan, and set up store displays, window displays, and in-store installations that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Source creative materials and props required for displays and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and retail operations teams to support promotional campaigns and seasonal themes.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep visual strategies fresh, innovative, and engaging.
• Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
• Evaluate the impact of displays on sales and customer engagement, and make improvements as needed.
