Customer Service Representative
Description
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents while following guidelines and SOPs.
- Manage and respond to customers on all community platforms.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
