Manage all civil, criminal, and corporate litigation matters of the organization.
Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and legal hearings as required.
Draft, vet, and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and MoUs.
Coordinate with external counsels for ongoing and new litigation cases.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on potential legal risks and mitigations.
Handle legal notices, FIRs, and ensure timely filing of responses, appeals, and claims.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal cases and proceedings.
Provide legal support for property, labor, and corporate compliance matters.
Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies when required.
Advise senior management on policy formulation and risk prevention related to legal matters.
LLB from a recognized university
Strong legal drafting and documentation skills.
Excellent command over civil, criminal, and corporate laws.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems.
Legal acumen and strategic thinking – ability to foresee risks and propose effective legal solutions.
Decision-making and accountability – demonstrates sound judgment under pressure and ownership of outcomes.
Integrity and confidentiality – ensures ethical conduct and maintains trust in sensitive matters.
4-5 years of experience in civil, criminal and litigation matters preferably in corporate or retail.
