This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to ensuring smooth onboarding. This role focuses on attracting, selecting and retaining top talent that aligns with the organization’s culture and business needs. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment analytics and enhancing the candidate experience through effective communication and process excellence. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to building a strong talent pipeline along with the ability to leverage AI-driven tools and digital platforms to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
