Description

This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to ensuring smooth onboarding. This role focuses on attracting, selecting and retaining top talent that aligns with the organization’s culture and business needs. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment analytics and enhancing the candidate experience through effective communication and process excellence. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to building a strong talent pipeline along with the ability to leverage AI-driven tools and digital platforms to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Qualification

Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of various functional roles within an organization.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), resume databases, and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
  • Good command over MS Excel and recruitment reporting tools.
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
