Lead Administration
Description
- Supervise and manage overall administrative operations for the Group, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and sites.
- Oversee security and protocol management, ensuring proper implementation of access control, vigilance, and emergency response procedures.
- Manage housekeeping and support staff, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and efficient deployment of manpower and resources.
- Oversee vehicle management, including allocation, maintenance, documentation, and fuel utilization for the company’s transport fleet.
- Liaise with government departments and local authorities to handle regulatory matters, licenses, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure efficient vendor and contract management, including evaluation, negotiation, and monitoring of service-level agreements.
- Maintain administrative budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of company resources.
- Support the Head of Administration in policy formulation, implementation, and continuous improvement of administrative systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and foster a culture of discipline, safety, and service excellence.
Qualification
Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative management tools.
- Sound knowledge of government regulations, compliance, and facility management practices.

Experience
Minimum 6-8 years in Administrative Management. Preferably in Retail/Corporate Sector
