Lead Administration

Description
  • Supervise and manage overall administrative operations for the Group, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and sites.
  • Oversee security and protocol management, ensuring proper implementation of access control, vigilance, and emergency response procedures.
  • Manage housekeeping and support staff, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and efficient deployment of manpower and resources.
  • Oversee vehicle management, including allocation, maintenance, documentation, and fuel utilization for the company’s transport fleet.
  • Liaise with government departments and local authorities to handle regulatory matters, licenses, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure efficient vendor and contract management, including evaluation, negotiation, and monitoring of service-level agreements.
  • Maintain administrative budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of company resources.
  • Support the Head of Administration in policy formulation, implementation, and continuous improvement of administrative systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and foster a culture of discipline, safety, and service excellence.
Qualification

Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative management tools.
  • Sound knowledge of government regulations, compliance, and facility management practices.
  • Effective negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
