HSE Executive
Description
- Develop, implement and maintain health, safety and environmental policies in compliance with national and international standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential hazards and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
- Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and collaborate with department heads to ensure safe work practices.
- Provide safety orientation to new employees, conduct drills and lead awareness sessions to promote a strong safety culture.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, perform root cause analysis and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, NEBOSH and other regulatory standards, maintaining proper documentation for audits.
- Oversee environmental management practices, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and promoting sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and monitor performance through defined HSE KPIs.
- Prepare and present HSE performance reports and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or related field
Required Skills

- Ability to conduct training and safety awareness sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HSE data management tools.

Experience
