Manager Civil

Description

This position will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of civil works for Head Office, Warehouse & Retail outlet construction projects across the country. This role ensures timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality, cost efficiency and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. The position involves close coordination with architects, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualification

Masters or Bachelors in Civil Engineering

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of civil construction, renovation and finishing works.
  • Proficiency in project planning, BOQ review and cost estimation.
  • Ability to manage contractors, vendors and multiple on-site teams.

Competencies

  • Project Leadership & Execution: Leads end-to-end renovation projects with focus on quality, timelines and cost control.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Anticipates challenges, evaluates solutions, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Experience

Minimum 6–7 years of experience in retail fit-out works
