Manager Electrical

Description

This position will lead and oversee all electrical works across the organization, including head office, warehouses and retail outlets, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for planning, supervising, and managing electrical installations, maintenance and commissioning, while coordinating with architects, contractors and vendors. The incumbent will also drive energy efficiency initiatives, ensure adherence to safety standards, and provide technical expertise to resolve on-ground challenges, supporting smooth store operations nationwide.

Qualification

Masters/Bachelors in Electrical Engineering

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in project management and vendor coordination.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency, load management, and safety protocols.

Competencies

  • Problem-Solving & Decision Making: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Capable of leading teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Experience

Minimum 6–7 years of experience in electrical work preferably in retail
