Senior Executive Sourcing
Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers.
- Ensure accurate understanding of footwear materials, soles, outsoles, and constructions.
- Prepare and analyze costing breakups for materials.
- Oversee sample development and approvals.
- Manage the quality inspection process with vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Merchandising, Planning, and Accounts.
- Handle vendor invoices and support timely payments.
Qualification
Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of footwear materials and costing.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability.
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience
3–5 years’ experience in sourcing preferably in retail or fast fashion industry.
