Senior Content & Campaign Specialist
Description
- Lead the creation of engaging content across platforms, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Oversee coordination with logistics, studio teams, photographers, and editors to ensure timely and seamless shoot planning and delivery
- Drive concept development, shoot scripting, seasonal collection naming, and brand storytelling to enhance brand identity
- Partner with design and brand management teams to align compelling copy with strong visual narratives across all brand touchpoints
- Take full ownership of the brand’s loyalty program, from strategic planning to execution, communication, and performance tracking
- Champion engagement initiatives that build stronger customer connections and reinforce brand affinity
- Lead social content ideation and introduce interactive formats to boost engagement and visibility
- Provide strategic and executional support to the Brand Management team for campaigns, launches, and annual calendar planning
Qualification
Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
Required Skills
- Advanced expertise in social media scheduling, campaign coordination, and performance measurement tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Google Analytics)
- Proven track record of leading and managing projects end-to-end, including campaign shoots, timelines, and cross-functional alignment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, mentor team members, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, strategic mindset with a strong command of storytelling and visual communication to deliver impactful brand experiences
Experience
4–6 years of relevant experience in content creation, campaign planning, or social media management (preferably in retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries)
