Content & Campaign Specialist
Description
- Craft engaging content for all platforms and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with logistics, studio teams, photographers, and editors to manage shoot planning and delivery
- Contribute to concept development, shoot scripting, seasonal collection naming, and brand storytelling
- Collaborate with the design and brand management teams to align copy with visuals across all brand touchpoints
- Take ownership of the brand’s loyalty program, from planning to execution and communication
- Assist with additional engagement initiatives.
- Support social content ideas and interactive formats that increase engagement and visibility
- Act as an execution support to the Brand Management team for campaigns, launches, and calendar planning
Qualification
Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling, campaign coordination, and performance tracking tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Google Analytics)
- Strong project coordination skills to manage shoots, timelines, and cross-functional alignment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a strong grasp of storytelling and visual communication
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in content creation, campaign planning, or social media management (preferably in retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries)
