Manager Finance
Description
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books.
- Maintain the general ledger, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.
- Monitor budget variances and provide explanations for significant diƯerences.
- Prepare financial forecasts and cash flow projections.
Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit queries.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (e.g., GST, income tax, corporate filings).
Qualification
CA (Finalist/Inter) or Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant

Experience
5 to 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in Education Sector/NGOs/Trusts
