Manager Sales - B2B

Description

This position will be responsible for driving B2B sales strategies focused on corrugated packaging solutions, targeting industrial clients and expanding the company’s market presence. This role involves acquiring new customers, nurturing key accounts, coordinating closely with production and logistics for timely deliveries, and ensuring sales targets are met. The individual will also lead negotiations, monitor market trends, provide accurate sales forecasts and strengthen brand visibility.

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain coordination
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
