Description

This position plays a key role in ensuring optimal stock distribution across all retail outlets by designing and executing efficient allocation and replenishment strategies. It involves analyzing sales and inventory data, managing the allocation team, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to support product rollouts and seasonal plans. The position is responsible for driving inventory accuracy, maximizing product availability, reducing stock imbalances, and enhancing overall replenishment efficiency through data-driven decisions and system improvements.

Qualification

Masters or Bachelors in Supply Chain Management or related field

Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience and atleast 2 - 3 years in Lead Role
