Customer Service Representative

Description
  • Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents while following guidelines and SOPs.
  • Manage and respond to customers on all community platforms.
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
