Assistant Manager IT

Description
  • Provide support for escalated IT issues, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Oversee and maintain the CCTV monitoring system at the head office, ensuring uninterrupted surveillance across all branches.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance to ensure timely and efficient problem resolution at all levels.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage IT equipment procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices to ensure smooth branch connectivity with the head office.
  • Manage the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of biometric attendance machines across all branches, ensuring accurate employee.
Qualification

Bachelors / Master in IT or Relevant

Required Skills

This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple support requests effectively.

3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
