Assistant Manager IT
Description
- Provide support for escalated IT issues, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
- Oversee and maintain the CCTV monitoring system at the head office, ensuring uninterrupted surveillance across all branches.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance to ensure timely and efficient problem resolution at all levels.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage IT equipment procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices to ensure smooth branch connectivity with the head office.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of biometric attendance machines across all branches, ensuring accurate employee.
Qualification
Bachelors / Master in IT or Relevant
Required Skills
This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple support requests effectively.
Experience
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
