Executive IT
Description
- Provide first-line support for IT issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting at branch and head office levels.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the CCTV system, ensuring all cameras across branches are operational and properly configured.
- Provide support for attendance machine installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring accurate employee records.
- Monitor IT systems at branches, ensuring hardware and software function optimally and reporting issues to the L2 team if needed.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, system changes, and issues to support IT operations and reporting requirements.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the L2 team or Assistant Manager IT for further support.
Qualification
Bachelors in IT or Relevant
Required Skills
This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple support requests effectively.
Experience
3-5 years’ Experience in a similar Role
