Description

This position provides first-line technical support and ensures the smooth operation of IT systems across branches, Warehouse and the head office. This role includes resolving hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining CCTV and attendance systems, and escalating complex problems to higher support levels while ensuring accurate documentation of IT activities.

Qualification

Bachelors in Computer Science, IT or Relevant

Required Skills

  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Good Team Player
  • Strong IT Skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Competencies:

  • Technical Troubleshooting Expertise: Effectively resolves Level 1 IT issues across various systems and devices to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Proactive System Maintenance: Monitors and maintains IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and timely escalation of critical issues.
