QA Specialist
Description
- Perform detailed inspections of all incoming products from vendors to identify defects, deviations or inconsistencies to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Execute QA processes, including physical, visual and functional tests for retail products with QA tools and system to track quality results
- Oversee the approval or rejection of products based on inspection results, managing corrective actions for non-conforming goods
- Work with suppliers to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Perform periodic audits of vendors and in-house production processes, identifying gaps and driving corrective action where necessary
- Suggest and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance product standards as per QA trends
- Report on quality trends, defect rates, and non-conformance issues to Line Manager
- Manage quality documentation and reporting to maintain traceability and accountability for all quality-related activities
Qualification
Bachelors/Masters in Quality Management or related field

Experience
2-3 years' experience in QA
