RETAIL STORE MANAGER
Description
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Managing budgets and maintaining statistical & financial records
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
- Overseeing stock control
Qualification
Bachelors/Masters (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to Apply)

Experience
2-3 years as a Store Manager in Retail Industry
