Senior Manager Quality Assurance

Description
  • Develop and implement a Quality Assurance strategy that aligns with the company's goals and industry best practices, in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to reduce quality-related costs while enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address product quality issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers (international and local) to ensure adherence to the company’s strict quality guidelines.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain operations to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
  • Lead the development of quality benchmarks and performance metrics for all products, ensuring consistency and excellence in all product lines.
  • Ensure that all products meet design specifications, performance criteria, and safety standards before they are made available for retail
  • Mitigate risks by proactively identifying quality-related issues and implementing corrective actions to resolve potential product recalls or customer dissatisfaction.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase production efficiency by streamlining QA operations.
  • Monitor quality performance indicators, analyze data, and present strategic reports to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage the quality assurance department’s budget to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising product quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the quality assurance team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
Qualification

Masters in Quality Management, Engineering or related field

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing quality control across multiple suppliers, both domestic and international.

Experience
