Description
- Implement marketing strategies aligned with the brand image and direction provided by the Creative Head, ensuring that all campaigns reflect the brand's values and aesthetic.
- Run multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition, using location-based strategies and exclusive in-store offers to increase foot traffic. Track the effectiveness through in-store traffic and sales conversion rates.
- Develop and provide guidance on customer service initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and align with brand messaging.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, maintaining brand integrity while adapting to market demands.
- Oversee visual merchandising efforts, creating appealing in-store displays that enhance the shopping experience and support marketing goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, customer insights, in-store traffic, and sales data to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandising, and operations, to ensure marketing objectives are met.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired results.
- Lead and support the marketing team, fostering professional development and high performance.
- Build relationships with external partners, including agencies, influencers, and media outlets, to amplify marketing efforts.
Qualification
Master’s in Business Administration or related field
