Senior Executive Merchandising
Description
- Work with the design and development teams to create a product assortment that meets customer demand, staying up-to-date with fashion trends, market dynamics and seasonal preferences
- Analyze historical sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on future product ranges
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure that materials and footwear components are sourced on time and within budget
- Maintain relationships with inhouse sourcing team and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of prototypes, samples and production orders
- Work on product cost structures in collaboration with internal teams to maintain profit margins while offering competitive prices
- Liaise with vendors and sourcing teams to ensure footwear designs are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards
- Monitor sales performance and adjust assortments or reorders based on demand and inventory levels
- Conduct market research to stay updated on fashion trends, competitor products and customer preferences
Qualification
Bachelors in Leather Accessories & Footwear Design or related field

Experience
