Description
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that address retail staff needs, skill gaps, and onboarding requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, product knowledge sessions, and skill-building activities to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Assess training impact, gather feedback, and continuously refine programs to align with business goals.
  • Lead initiatives for a positive work culture, improve employee satisfaction, and promote team-building and recognition.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement OD strategies that support business growth, talent development, and succession planning.
Qualification

Minimum Master degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related fields).

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for people development and elevating team performance.
  • Willing to travel frequently nationwide.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in retail staff training, preferably in fashion or a related industry.
