Description

Manager Warehouse, is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of various product categories. This role involves developing and implementing effective procedures that guarantee timely and accurate inventory control while maximizing productivity and optimizing space utilization. The individual will collaborate closely with merchandising and sourcing teams to monitor inventory levels and forecast needs, coordinating logistics for inbound and outbound shipments. Additionally, the position emphasizes fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety, while mentoring and developing warehouse staff to align operations with the company's strategic goals. The successful candidate will also prepare performance reports and oversee the integration of warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualification

Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
