MANAGER QUALITY ASSURANCE
Description
The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the implementation of QA standards to ensure that the company's fast fashion products meet both internal and customer quality expectations. The individual will collaborate closely with the sourcing team and suppliers to ensure vendor compliance, address defects, and drive continuous improvement. They will also develop quality control processes, conduct periodic audits, and implement initiatives to reduce defects and returns. Reporting to senior management, this role ensures product quality and customer satisfaction through effective QA processes.
Qualification
Bachelors/Masters in Quality Management, or related field
Required Skills
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards
- Effective communicator, able to work independently and in teams

Experience
Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, preferably within the footwear or apparel industry
