Description

The Head of Quality Assurance (QA) will spearhead the QA department, ensuring that all products adhere to the company’s stringent quality standards. This role is pivotal in driving process improvements and aligning quality objectives with the company's merchandising strategies and customer expectations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing robust QA protocols, establishing quality benchmarks, and making critical decisions regarding product approvals. The individual will also lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, analyze quality data for trends, and mentor a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of excellence. Regular reporting to senior management on key quality metrics and process improvements will be essential for success in this position.

Qualification

Master’s in Quality Management, Business Administration or related field
