Executive Franchise Operations
Description
- Coordinate with the Franchise & Retail network on store operations, including opening/closing timings and daily deposits
- Manage franchise contracts, policies and procedures, ensuring proper documentation and licensing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, acting as the primary point of contact
- Identify and find potential & reliable franchisees
- Execution of closure and take-over process as per management decision
- Assist with the onboarding and opening of new franchise locations, ensuring a smooth and successful launch
- Monitor franchisee performance and collaborate on areas for improvement
- Address and resolve operational issues faced by franchisees, offering guidance and solutions to improve their business performance
- Manage franchise renovations, cosmetics as per need basis
- Maintain stock freshness at franchise stores in liaison with Planning Department
- Prepare P&L for Franchises
Qualification
Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration/Management or Relevant
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Good problem solving skills
Experience
2-3 years’ experience in relevant field
