HR EXECUTIVE
Description
- Assist in the recruitment process and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and paperwork
- Process HR-related paperwork & maintain accurate employee files
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, concerns and issues
- Assist employees with benefits inquiries and claims
- Attendance Management & Payroll Processing
- Conduct Exit Interviews and process final settlements as per Policy
- Promote employee development and growth opportunities
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities
Qualification
Masters/Bachelors in Human Resources or relevant
Required Skills
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
Experience
2-3 years’ in HR preferably in Compensation & Benefits
