HR EXECUTIVE

Description
  • Assist in the recruitment process and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and paperwork
  • Process HR-related paperwork & maintain accurate employee files
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, concerns and issues
  • Assist employees with benefits inquiries and claims
  • Attendance Management & Payroll Processing
  • Conduct Exit Interviews and process final settlements as per Policy
  • Promote employee development and growth opportunities
  • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities
Qualification

Masters/Bachelors in Human Resources or relevant

Required Skills

  • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills

Experience

2-3 years’ in HR preferably in Compensation & Benefits
