Senior Manager Customer Insights
Description
- Lead and drive the Consumer Insights department, working closely with cross-functional teams to inform business and marketing strategies.
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing data from various consumer touchpoints including store feedback, consumer care, business insights through BI, etc. to develop actionable insights that will drive marketing campaigns and enhance brand perception
- Develop insightful reports and key insights to lead better marketing campaigns and drive brand uplift
- Work with partner agencies to derive insights and define the consumer journey from a buying and shopping perspective
- Conduct market research surveys, analyze trends and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making
Qualification
MBA in Marketing/Management or relevant
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Power BI and experience managing research agencies
- Familiarity with social media tools, Shopify, and other digital media insights tools is a plus
- Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience
Minimum 7-8 years’ particularly in Customer Insights domain
