Project Architect
Description
- Articulate and deliver creative concept, site specific designs that reflect the brand identity
- Lead the design development process
- Maintain project manual and specifications: a comprehensive document defining standards, elaborating design vocabulary, approves materials and furniture cataloging
- Conduct site visit at key stages and document feedback to ensure adherence of execution to issued drawings and specifications
- Coordinating with projects team for physical execution
- Coordinate externally with consultants (structure and MEP)
- Prepare and maintain record of submittals of addendum and corrigendum issue of drawings and instructions during construction
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandiser for zoning, categories and SKUs
- Preparing concept presentations, mall submission drawings, tender drawings and construction drawings in liaison with the draftsman
- Sampling and proto typing, market surveys for research and development purpose
Qualification
Masters in Architecture / Interior Design / Project Management or Bachelors in Architecture (registered member of PCATP)
Required Skills
- Software Experience: Sketchup, AutoCAD, Revit LOD 300 (preferable), Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite
- Take initiatives and be self-driven
- Able to work within and lead the team when essential
- Have good graphics skills and presentation skills
- Be open to travelling for site visits
Experience
Minimum 6 years’ particularly in corporate and retail interiors
