Housekeeping Supervisor
Description
- Ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness and overall hygiene of the facility
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks. Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
- Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met
- Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages
- Check executive rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas for cleanliness
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
- Respond to employee complaints
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
- Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action
Qualification
Minimum Intermediate
Required Skills
- Proven Experience in Housekeeping Management
- Strong Interpersonal Skills

Experience
4-5 years’ in a similar capacity (candidates from Hospitality Industry will be preferred)
