Housekeeping Supervisor

Description
  • Ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness and overall hygiene of the facility
  • Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks. Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
  • Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met
  • Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages
  • Check executive rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas for cleanliness
  • Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
  • Respond to employee complaints
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
  • Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action
Qualification

Minimum Intermediate

  • Proven Experience in Housekeeping Management

  • Attention to Details

Experience

4-5 years’ in a similar capacity (candidates from Hospitality Industry will be preferred)
