Executive HR (Talent & OD)
Description
Talent Management:
- Handling entire recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Develop regular reports on key recruitment metrics to assess performance
OD & Learning:
- Identify training needs and assist in the design and delivery of learning programs
- Coordinate employee development initiatives, including workshops, seminars and online trainings
- Assist in conducting performance reviews and providing guidance on performance improvement plans
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Participate in organizational development projects and initiatives
- Assist in the identification and development of high-potential employees.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, programs, and initiatives
Qualification
Masters/Bachelors in HRM or relevant
