Executive HR (Talent & OD)

Description

Talent Management:

  • Handling entire recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs
  • Develop regular reports on key recruitment metrics to assess performance

OD & Learning:

  • Identify training needs and assist in the design and delivery of learning programs
  • Coordinate employee development initiatives, including workshops, seminars and online trainings
  • Assist in conducting performance reviews and providing guidance on performance improvement plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
  • Participate in organizational development projects and initiatives
  • Assist in the identification and development of high-potential employees.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, programs, and initiatives
Qualification

Masters/Bachelors in HRM or relevant
