Manager HR (Talent & OD)

Description

Talent Management:

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to onboarding
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and provide regular reports on key recruitment metrics and insights.
  • Identify critical positions and ensure appropriate succession planning to ensure smooth departmental operations

OD & Learning:

  • Manage the appraisal process across organization (Goal Setting, Evaluations, PIPs, identifying HIPOs and LOPOs etc.)
  • Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the PMS
  • Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process
  • Assist in development of TNA in light of the Performance Management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning programs
Qualification

Masters in Human Resources or relevant
