Description
Talent Management:
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and provide regular reports on key recruitment metrics and insights.
- Identify critical positions and ensure appropriate succession planning to ensure smooth departmental operations
OD & Learning:
- Manage the appraisal process across organization (Goal Setting, Evaluations, PIPs, identifying HIPOs and LOPOs etc.)
- Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the PMS
- Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process
- Assist in development of TNA in light of the Performance Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning programs
Qualification
Masters in Human Resources or relevant

Experience
